When you make a purchase, please tell us what items you would like personalized AND submit your photo or artwork. We'll begin to process your order once we receive your personalization details. This may be done in the following ways: 

1. Submit your personalization detail when checking out. Leave your instructions in the "Comments" section.
    
2. Immediately send an e-mail to info@novelthreads.com, please be sure to include the order number.

We will email you the art proof for your approval before the design is printed.  Your prompt approval will help speed up your order.
